The Managing Agency Agreement you signed with your current agent has a clause that states that either party can terminate the agreement, giving the required notice at any time during the management. Typically, 30 days’ notice is required – but it always pays to check your agreement. We would be happy to check it for you on your behalf if you would prefer.
