It’s with mixed emotions that I share some news — I’ve sold the One Agency brand. But let me assure you, I’m not going anywhere.
After more than 30 years in real estate — and nine of those running my own One Agency business — I’ve come to realise that while I’ve loved the journey, owning a business has allowed very little time to truly step away and recharge as often as I’d have liked.
My parents are getting older. My father is now 85, and my mother, 82, is beginning to show early signs of dementia. I know I’ll need to be there for them more in the coming years. And I couldn’t do that while running a business full time.
Over the years, I’ve been approached by many agencies to join them, but none ever felt like the right fit.
The thing is, my clients have had a lot of care in the past from myself and staff, and I needed to make sure I found somebody who aligned with my work ethic and ethos.
Then along came Rob Corneteg from Fletchers Real Estate.
With 35 years in the industry and a decade building the Fletchers brand, there were clear parallels between us and the way we operate.

So, while the brand may change, the level of care and commitment you’ve come to expect from me remains the same — now with a little more balance in my life, and more time to be with the most important people in my life, my family.
I will still be servicing the 2519 area and wider Illawarra region as I've always done, doing property management and sales.
